With an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and Politics from Whitman College, Washington State, and a post-graduate degree in Urban Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, she drives systems and innovation at CARPE | EcoSattva.

Harpreet’s practice, however, focuses on people’s interactions with plants; he creates plant technologies and bio-digital hybrids. His research challenges us to reconsider what nature really is — and its role in fundamentally redesigning our technologies.
He is a professor in New York, a Fellow at the Berggruen Institute — a think tank in Los Angeles, Director of Synthetic Ecosystems Lab and has served as advisor to startups and governments. He graduated from the MIT Media Lab, and has worked in museums and research centers in Bangalore, Singapore, Austria, Japan and France. Harpreet grew up in Punjab, and is not only inspired by potentials of technology but by how nature is viewed and revered in cultural histories of India and across Asia.
Nidhi is the Co-Founder of Science For Society – S4S Technologies. She works at the intersection of agriculture, gender, energy access, and financial inclusion. S4S Technologies is a near-farm gate food processing platform converting farm losses to value-added products for the F&B Industry.
The organization helps transform smallholder women farmers into entrepreneurs by providing the right combination of technology, finance, and market and increasing their household income by 100-200% annually. S4S Technologies is working with over 100,000 farmers and 2000 women entrepreneurs. In the process, they help save over 300,000 tons of carbon dioxide from entering the environment.
Prabhat Sinha, the founder of Mann Deshi Champions, is an athlete, sports agent in the US, and a writer from rural India. With a decade of experience, he has pioneered India’s first skilling and Incubation center for sports, empowering over 8,000 athletes and creating sports-related jobs for rural women.
As a sports agent, Prabhat has collaborated with NBA and Track & Field athletes.
