Having spent a career in international policy and corporate communications Caroline founded Future Agenda an open-source think tank and advisory firm in 2009. The company has built a leading open foresight initiative that explores the key shifts expected to shape society over the next ten years and helps organizations develop strategies to address change. Alongside the global programme, Caroline has focused on key sectors including the future of cities, autonomous vehicles, and the future of work. The insights produced have been used by many different organizations as a stimulus for challenge, decision-making and new thinking. Co-author of four books on foresight and innovation Caroline is a highly experienced programme director and C-suite facilitator.
