Latha is a product visionary for AI products. She currently leads Growth and Strategic AI Initiatives at Merly Mind, a research forward EdTech startup focused on transforming the lives of teachers and learning outcomes worldwide. Latha transforms the deep tech expertise and vision of Merlyn founders into AI powered-classroom Assistants and domain specific Generative AI solutions. Merlyn’s Symphony classroom product has already transformed teaching experience across thousands of classrooms in the United States. Her technology background, industry experience in Consumer Tech, pioneering EdTech and her customer obsession drive her commitment to bring Responsible AI solutions and products to the market.
Prior to Merlyn Mind, Latha has led pivotal roles at Amazon and Intel. She was responsible for launching the Alexa service on PCs to bring the digital assistant to everyone’s desk. She also launched the award-winning Echo Spot driving it from the very first concept to being a 4.5 star product across millions of households. At Intel she defined and drove the ecosystem and wireless strategy for Intel Atom processor family.
She has a Masters in Computer Science from ASU and MBA from Duke.
