Vipasha Devi Tilak

Vipasha Devi Tilak is an expert in leadership coaching, storytelling and content and is the Director of the INK Fellows Program. Her journey started as a storyteller, producing non-fiction content for NDTV. Her love for curation and an eye for discovering people of varied fields had her work with frontrunning brands in the country including Red Bull, NCPA, TEDxGateway and INKtalks. She is deeply interested in building leadership programs, ranging from CEOs of companies to college students. She is a core member at the leadership in INK and runs the jewel-in-the-crown INK Fellows Program, a multi-disciplinary community that accelerates the journeys of game changers. She also works with different partners and corporates in building their employee engagement / leadership development programs. Owing to the programmatic nature of her role, she also manages INK CEO Lakshmi Pratury’s personal brand.

Her first stint as an artistic entrepreneur launched with The Listening Sessions, a platform for music video lovers to come and create conversations around the art and aesthetic behind them and for independent artists to explore their musicality. She also contributes to the stories at Humans of Music – a photoblog that chronicles the journey of musicians. She also founded Banjara Talkies while studying in an entrepreneurial course in creative and cultural businesses at IIM Ahmedabad. In this world full of the unknown and the unsung, who carve their own beautiful stories, she finds solace in working as a narrator, shedding light upon their untold journeys.
